プライバシーポリシー
NISAKE GAME（以下「当方」）は、Androidアプリ「寝る時間と起きる時間」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
第1条（個人情報の収集）
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人を特定できる情報を、当方が直接収集することはありません。ユーザー登録やアカウント作成も必要ありません。ただし、広告配信のために Google Mobile Ads SDK が第2条に記載の情報（IPアドレスを含む）を収集・共有します。IPアドレスはおおよその位置の推定に用いられることがあります。
第2条（広告と利用状況の測定について）
本アプリでは、Google AdMob を使用してアプリ起動時に広告を表示することがあります。広告配信事業者は、ユーザーの興味に応じた広告を表示するために広告識別子（Advertising ID）や Cookie を使用することがあります。
広告配信のために、Google Mobile Ads SDK は IPアドレス、アプリの操作状況、診断情報、端末および広告の識別子を収集・共有します。
広告のパーソナライズは、端末の「設定」→「Google」→「広告」からいつでもオプトアウトできます。また、EU圏および英国のユーザーには、初回起動時に広告に関する同意画面（Google UMP）を表示します。
また本アプリは、Google アナリティクス for Firebase を使用しています。集めているのは、アプリが起動されたこと・利用されている時間の長さ・アプリの版・端末の種類・IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその地域といった、利用状況の記録です。ユーザーが入力した時刻や、そこから計算した候補の時刻は、これに含まれません。目的は「一度使った方に、また開いていただけているか」を数として知ることだけで、それ以外の用途には使いません。

第3条（データの保存）
本アプリは、以下の情報をユーザーの端末内にのみ保存します。これらが外部に送信されることはありません。

これらの情報は、アプリをアンインストールすると端末から削除されます。入力した時刻の履歴はアプリ内の「消去」からいつでも削除できます。
本アプリは、眠った時間を日々ためていくような記録を作りません。健康や睡眠に関する情報を保存することもありません。
第4条（外部サービスとの連携）
本アプリは、広告配信と利用状況の測定のために以下の外部サービスと連携しています。
- Google AdMob（Google LLC）
- Google アナリティクス for Firebase（Google LLC）
ユーザーが入力した時刻や、そこから計算した候補の時刻が外部に送信されることはありません。計算はすべて端末内で行われます。
第5条（お子様のプライバシー）
本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。万一、13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を収集していることが判明した場合は、速やかに削除いたします。
第6条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Privacy Policy
NISAKE GAME ("we") sets out below how personal information is handled in the Android app "Sleep Cycle Calculator" ("the app").
1. Collection of personal information
We do not ourselves collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address or phone number, and no sign-up or account is required. For ad delivery, however, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares the information listed in Section 2, including your IP address, which may be used to estimate an approximate location.
2. Advertising and usage measurement
The app may display an ad when it is opened, delivered through Google AdMob. Advertising providers may use advertising identifiers and cookies in order to show ads relevant to your interests.
For ad delivery, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares your IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device and advertising identifiers.
You can opt out of ad personalization at any time from Settings > Google > Ads on your device. Users in the EEA and the UK are shown a consent form (Google UMP) when the app first starts.
The app also uses Google Analytics for Firebase. What it records is usage: that the app was opened, how long it was in use, the app version, the kind of device, and the rough region estimated from your IP address. The times you enter, and the times worked out from them, are not part of it. The purpose is only to see, as a number, whether people who have used the app once come back and open it again. It is not used for anything else.

3. Data stored on your device
The app stores the following on your device only. None of it is transmitted anywhere.

All of it is removed when you uninstall the app. The list of times can be cleared at any time from within the app.
The app keeps no diary of the hours you have slept, and stores no information about your sleep or your body.
4. Third-party services
The app connects to the following third-party services for advertising and usage measurement.
- Google AdMob (Google LLC)
- Google Analytics for Firebase (Google LLC)
The times you enter, and the times worked out from them, are never sent anywhere. Every calculation runs on your device.
5. Children's privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it promptly.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as needed. Any updated policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
