プライバシーポリシー
NISAKE GAME（以下「当方」）は、Androidアプリ「運動の消費カロリー」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
第1条（個人情報の収集）
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの個人を特定できる情報を、当方が直接収集することはありません。ユーザー登録やアカウント作成も必要ありません。入力された体重・時間・カロリーは計算に使うだけで、当方に送信されることはありません。ただし、広告配信のために Google Mobile Ads SDK が第2条に記載の情報（IPアドレスを含む）を収集・共有します。IPアドレスはおおよその位置の推定に用いられることがあります。
第2条（広告について）
本アプリでは、Google AdMob を使用してアプリ起動時に広告を表示することがあります。広告配信事業者は、ユーザーの興味に応じた広告を表示するために広告識別子（Advertising ID）や Cookie を使用することがあります。
広告配信のために、Google Mobile Ads SDK は IPアドレス、アプリの操作状況、診断情報、端末および広告の識別子を収集・共有します。
広告のパーソナライズは、端末の「設定」→「Google」→「広告」からいつでもオプトアウトできます。また、EU圏および英国のユーザーには、初回起動時に広告に関する同意画面（Google UMP）を表示します。

第3条（データの保存）
本アプリは、以下の情報をユーザーの端末内にのみ保存します。これらが外部に送信されることはありません。

これらの情報は、アプリをアンインストールすると端末から削除されます。履歴はアプリ内の「消去」からいつでも削除できます。本アプリは、毎日の合計や体重の推移といった継続的な記録を持ちません。残るのは直前の5件だけです。
第4条（外部サービスとの連携）
本アプリは、広告配信のために以下の外部サービスと連携しています。
本アプリはこれ以外の外部サービスと通信せず、消費カロリーの計算はすべて端末内で行われます。
第5条（お子様のプライバシー）
本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。万一、13歳未満のお子様の個人情報を収集していることが判明した場合は、速やかに削除いたします。
第6条（健康に関する注意）
本アプリが出す数は、メッツ表にもとづく目安です。医学的な助言ではなく、痩せるかどうかの判断や、食事・運動の指示を行うものではありません。体調や持病に関することは、医療機関にご相談ください。
第7条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
当方は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

Privacy Policy
NISAKE GAME ("we") sets out below how personal information is handled in the Android app "Exercise Calorie Calculator" ("the app").
1. Collection of personal information
We do not ourselves collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address or phone number, and no sign-up or account is required. The weight, time and calorie figures you type are used for the calculation only and are never sent to us. For ad delivery, however, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares the information listed in Section 2, including your IP address, which may be used to estimate an approximate location.
2. Advertising
The app may display an ad when it is opened, delivered through Google AdMob. Advertising providers may use advertising identifiers and cookies in order to show ads relevant to your interests.
For ad delivery, the Google Mobile Ads SDK collects and shares your IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and device and advertising identifiers.
You can opt out of ad personalization at any time from Settings > Google > Ads on your device. Users in the EEA and the UK are shown a consent form (Google UMP) when the app first starts.

3. Data stored on your device
The app stores the following on your device only. None of it is transmitted anywhere.

All of it is removed when you uninstall the app. History can be cleared at any time from within the app. The app keeps no running totals and no record of how your figures change over time; only the last five entries remain.
4. Third-party services
The app connects to the following third-party service for advertising.
- Google AdMob (Google LLC)
The app communicates with no other external service, and every calorie figure is worked out on your device.
5. Children's privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete it promptly.
6. A note on health
The figures the app produces are estimates based on a MET table. They are not medical advice, they do not judge whether you are gaining or losing weight, and they prescribe no diet or exercise. Please speak to a healthcare professional about anything concerning your health.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as needed. Any updated policy takes effect when it is posted on this page.
